AirParlour – Community Guidelines
Welcome to AirParlour!
We’re all about keeping AirParlour a lively, buzzing marketplace where professionals and clients can build lovely, long-term relationships. To make sure every experience is top-notch, we ask everyone to follow these community guidelines. Let’s keep it fun and friendly!
We’re not just a marketplace - we’re an inclusive community. We have zero tolerance for any form of discrimination. This means no aggressive, harassing, insulting, or intimidating behaviour, whether in person or in text. If you see anything dodgy, report it to us, and we’ll sort it out.
Trust and transparency are key. If anyone’s giving false info, being misleading, or pretending to be someone else, they’ll be shown the door. If you spot any funny business, let us know.
To keep AirParlour free, we rely on our matchmaking fee. This helps us run the software, advertise, and keep the kettle boiling at HQ. If anyone tries to dodge this fee, we’ll have to say goodbye.
We all need to rely on each other to keep things ticking and that’s why we have a cancellation policy in place. If someone keeps cancelling, we’ll review it case by case.
We’re all aiming for amazing haircuts. Before the scissors come out, have a chat and be clear about what you’re creating together!
Be fair and honest with your feedback. Keep it clean and appropriate.
We know you love showing off your latest styles, but always ask permission before sharing photos or any personal info about professionals or clients. This goes for sharing on AirParlour and other channels.
If anyone’s suspected of illegal activity, they’ll be removed and reported to the authorities.
If anyone breaks the guidelines or terms of service, we might suspend or terminate their account. Any upcoming appointments will be cancelled, and funds returned where applicable.
